Que: What is your basis of repairing charge?
Ans: Our Repair estimate charge is depend upon follwing matters

• Make of Product,
• Model of Product,
• Electrical Rating of Product
• Time priority.

Que: What is repair estimate evaluation charge?
Ans: Repair estimate provided free of cost.we don’t charge anything for the evaluation

Que: Is there any ‘No Repair’ charge?
Ans: No, we don’t charge anything for unrepaired items or not approved estimate items.

Que: Is there any chance of deviation in repaire estimate after completion of jobwork?
Ans: We provide perfect repair estimate before carry out jobwork, there will be no deviation once confirm by us

Que: Do you provide spares?
Ans: We don’t provide spares as we provide repairing service at component level.

Que: Do you provide on site repairing?
Ans: No, we don’t repair at customer site, except the transportation of job is not convenient.

Que: Do you provide site installation and service of repaired item?
Ans: Yes, we provide site installation of job but with additional charge.

Que: Do you have load testing facility?
Ans: We have load testing facility for AC drive at our lab- All repairing job is tested on load properly before delivery

Que: Do you provide warranty on repairing?
Ans: Yes, we provide warranty on repairing job up to 7 days, limited to service charges only.

Que: What is your payment term?
Ans: Our Payment term is 100% advance against proforma invoice by local cheque or DD payable at Ahmedabad.
